Bring your family and friends to this beautiful, country Home just ten minutes from the beach. Rancho de la Cabeza is a peaceful, rustic ranch nestled between world class wineries, orchards, farms, golf courses, and the amazing beaches on the Central Coast! Are you looking to host a larger group? We have a smaller house on the same property. Both houses combined can sleep 18 people. Up to two dogs are allowed. $25 per pet fee. Smaller house: airbnb.com/h/central-coast-peaceful-haven The space This home offers a spacious (2700sq. ft.) floor plan, with a stunning living room complete with a chef's kitchen and extra large island. Relax in multiple seating areas in the great room while watching a large screen T.V., or cozy up with a good book by the fire place. There is a separate room perfect for the kids to watch movies and play games or enjoy a quiet area to get some work done at a spacious desk. Outside offers a bbq area complete with patio furniture and a fire pit to enjoy the beautiful sunsets. The master bedroom features a Cal-King bed, large T.V., and walk- in shower. There is a second bedroom with a Cal-King, as well as two other bedrooms with two Queen-size beds in each bedroom that share a Jack and Jill bathroom. Parties and large gatherings are strictly forbidden on property unless approved. No Smoking. Guest access Host will automatically generate a personal code for an easy keyless entry, upon completion of the reservation. There is ample parking and feel free to park anywhere except the two spaces in front of the smaller house. Other things to note Property manager is either on site at R.V. on back side of the ranch , or nearby for assistance and /or questions. We have cameras on the front and back door (ring cameras) and one monitoring the shed in the backyard, the trailer in the backyard and one monitoring the water tanks in the backyard.
