Quick access to I-45 and Sam Houston tollway (beltway-8) to easily get you downtown. WiFi access and a smart tv in every room! Comfortably sleeps 6 with 2 queen size beds and 2 sofá beds. Reasonably priced come check us out! The space Guests have full access to the house and anything in it kitchen has all appliances, pots and pans and basic seasoning and spices. Cleans linens and bath towels provided Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house, a space to park in the garage. But we do not allow guests to host parties at this place (no loud music, no more then 6 people.) Other things to note This space allows for 7 guests, $100 per person fee will be added for each guests after 7. Unauthorized visitors past 7 guests are not allowed and you will be charged for each additional individual on the premises. Entry camera monitored. Be respectful with our neighbors. If you use the kitchen clean up after yourself and put the trash in the trash can And the cigarette in the ash tray.
