The space Location: near by big Park: Willow Park in Anaheim. (gilbuck and Ball street) This listing is for a very SMALL (tiny) private unit, approx 140sq, not an apartment, not entire house. -suitable for single quiet person, no pets. If you have 2 adults, please be aware that this small unit may be uncomfortable due to size of space. - this private unit offers: - private entry & lock (electronic lock) - private bathroom inside. - mini fridge - microwave. - Smart TV with streaming ability. - very small unit, 1 double size bed only, there is no space for 2nd separate bed. 1 single adult may be okay, 2 adults may experience some difficulty or will not enjoy the unit as much. If this is important to you, please ask question before booking to make sure we are all in the same page. - some shelves for clothes hangings, some shelves for small items, but there is no closet and no dresser. - 1 chair + 1 side table. - internet, Wi-Fi, high speed 200MB internet allows you to stream movies from Netflix, Hulu or Amazon with our included flat screen TV. - walls are thin between units, so some noises are expected. The neighbors are loud sometimes, so noise is expected during the stay. If you are a light sleeper or need 100% quiet place to relax, this listing is not for you. - private wall heater and cooling combo unit - There is NO driveway parking, street parking only. Please check near by sign for what day for street sweeping (currently it is every Thursday afternoon but it may change by the city, please check before you park). What are shared with other guests: - laundry facility (backyard). - kitchen family (backyard). Security: For your safety and protection, we installed 4 security cameras in common place inside our property to prevent any suspicious activities. The 1st camera is located on the house driveway to watch over any all vehicles the driveway. The 2nd camera is located by the white steel side gate which guests need to past to enter the backyard. The 3rd camera is located by the backyard where it watching over the entire backyard and whoever walking through the backyard. The 4th camera is located by the main door mailbox to ensure the safety of our mailbox. Just a head up to let you guys know. House rules/Important: We have posted these rules inside listing itself but most guests miss them. We are listing the house rules here once again so you can read and be on the same page with us. In order for us to keeping the booking and send the check in information, all guests are required to confirm with us that you have read, and agree to follow house rules: - no smoking inside the house/rooms. Please walk off the property, or you can walk around the neighborhood to smoke. No where in our property permits smoking. Pls walk outside toward the street to smoke. - no illegal drugs use, or dealing any kind of drugs inside our property. - no pets without approval from host and pay for deposit. - we do not allow guests’s mail delivery services here. Exception is food/drink delivery is okay. We will deny all postal mails that has guests names so pls don’t ask us to deliver your mails to the unit. Pls rent a PO Box for this purpose. - To make sure the cleaning load is not too heavy on our house keeper when longer term guests check out, we do require guests to agree with us that we will have our house keeper to enter and clean the unit every 3 weeks for month long stay, or 7 days before check out depending on the booking length, (the exact date can be arranged between guests and hosts), and if there is any issues with unit appliances or home equipments, we would have noticed and fixed right away to prevent further damages in the room, and also enable enough time for us to place work order or order parts, so once guests finally check out, next guests don’t have any issue experiencing missing amenities. This is one of the rules, if guests are not okay with it, pls let us know right away, we will request to cancel and issue you full refund. - quiet hours: from 10am -7am daily (city ordinance). Please be considerate of others as increasing numbers of work from home adults and children attending online classes during the day, your noise level should not annoy our neighbors, inside and outside the property. Please help us to keep peace with our neighbors, respect and keep them happy, as when it comes to pick, we will always choose to keep peace with our home’s surrounding neighbors over any rental bookings. - no shirt, no shoes, no services. (We reserve the right to refuse to host any guests who are not fully clothed with pants and top if the guests share the property. You can dress however you want inside the house (if you rent entire home for yourself) or inside your private units. If you rent private bedrooms, or even detach unit in backyard, and share property with other guests, please wear shirts and pants or be fully clothed before you hang out in our house’s common places (patio area, front yard, backyard, driveway, doing laundry...). This is not public beach, so we, our other guests and their children do not want to see your half naked bodies walking around in the property. Please be respectful. - laundry schedule: as we do have multiple families living separately in this property, laundry activities are required to be scheduled so each guests group have their own time assigned to do their laundry need and clean up for the next group. Pls contact us after booking or after check in for register laundry time. - parking: depending on availability, some times we have slot open on the driveway, sometimes not; please contact us before booking so we can confirm with you whether we have any slot available at time requested. If there is any thing opens, rules is one car per entire booking, when parking slot available, it means your parking could be inside slot or outside slot that could be blocked outside. However, other car vehicles will coordinate with you to have their car move when you need. Please park only in your designated spot and in a manner that does not interfere with other guests vehicles.
