It has been tastefully modernised with an up-to-date fully equipped kitchen/dining room opening onto a large balcony containing a sheltered breakfast nook; a euro laundry with combi washer dryer; a sitting room for relaxing, and two large bedrooms with Q/S beds, doonas, electric blankets. The main bedroom opens onto the veranda. There is reverse cycle heating/air conditoning in several of the rooms. Guest access Off-street parking with access to a private entrance is provided. Stroll to the local antique shops, cafes, Esplanade and River Derwent, swimming pool (in Summer) and picnic areas. Pack a picnic basket, (provided) rug and explore the local neighbourhood. If it's fishing season, bring a rod, buy a licence and drop a line. Other things to note The hosts, Leanda & Steve reside in the upstairs apartment.
