Oldham County Short Term Rental Property Permit Number : 22-016-STRP The space There are two primary bedrooms with attached bathrooms. They both have floor to ceiling windows with a lake view and a sliding patio door for direct access to the deck or patio from the room. These rooms are spacious and each have a king bed. One of the primary bedrooms is in the first floor and the other is in the walkout basement, but the basement has 9 floor to ceiling windows and 2 sliding patio doors that it really doesn't feel like a basement at all. There are two other queen bedrooms on the first floor, towards the front of the house and a full bath in the hallway between them for those rooms to share. The fifth bedroom is in the basement, and it has an attached full bathroom to it. Inside the room there are two queen beds and one twin bunk bed with two twin beds on it. Off the living space in the basement is another half bath. On the first floor, there are 3 steps down from the foyer into the living room and one step down from the kitchen into the dining room. There are different levels, so take that into account if you have small kids or anyone with limitations on navigating steps. There are two steps from the driveway to get into the home. This house has an open and unique feel to it, staying here definitely feels like vacation. Guest access You will have access to the entire property. When you arrive, you will have a large driveway to park in. We do not allow guests to park on the street, but you will be able to park 5 cars in the driveway without anyone being double parked, so we do have a 5 car limit for guests. No more than 5 cars are permitted. The home sits on 1.35 acres of lakefront property that is shaped like a pizza slice. the crust of the pizza would be the lakefront, and it is great to look at from the property. You will have access to the entire home and grounds except for one storage closet on the inside of the home and the garage which are for our private storage. We also do have a private dock on the property that is available for use. Other things to note Rules for the Modern Lakehouse Maximum of 5 vehicles allowed. Parking is permitted only on the driveway. No off street parking, or parking in the cul-de-sac. 5 car maximum limit. No access to boat launch. No outside boats of any kind will be allowed. No access to neighborhood clubhouse or club grounds. No parties or events allowed. Only guests listed in lease agreement allowed on property at any time, there will be no visitors of any kind allowed. The maximum number of guests allowed on the property at any time is 14. This is defined by Oldham County as 2 per bedroom plus 4. Quiet hours from 10pm to 8am. No loud music at any time or any noise that would be a disturbance to the neighbors. No pets allowed. Fires only permitted in campfire area. This is our private home. Be respectful to the house, neighbors, and grounds.
