House Rules for Guests * No smoking or burning incense. * Pay attention to personal behavior in the house to avoid affecting the quality of others' stay, and please lower the volume after 9pm. * Do not pile up items or dispose of garbage in hallways and public areas. * Please love our planet together for a better green environment. Please turn off all lights and air-conditioning before you leave the apartment. * Please take good care of the furniture in the room and use it properly, and do not replace or move it out privately. If it is damaged or lost, you will be compensated at the price. * Do not post, graffiti, or nail the walls inside and outside the room. If the walls are damaged, you will be responsible for cleaning and repairing them, otherwise the rent will be deducted. * Room locks shall not be replaced without permission. * Do not bring in prohibited items such as knives, weapons, guns, bullets, etc. If found, report to the police and the housing fee will not be refunded. * No parties, head shaking, drug use, etc. If found, the police will be called and the housing fee will not be refunded. * Do not place hazardous or flammable items indoors. * Personal belongings should be properly kept, and no large sums of money should be placed indoors to avoid being coveted. If lost, the company will not be responsible. * No overnight stays for outsiders, please inform in advance if there are special circumstances. * No gambling, alcohol, fighting, or other misconduct is allowed in the house. * Please clean up after yourself or add a cleaning fee of NT$1,500-2,000 for any mess caused by drinking or any other behavior. * No pets allowed. * Please do not throw facial tissues, wet wipes, hand wipes, sanitary products, etc. into the toilet, as it can clog. * Garbage & recyclables must be disposed of by yourself.
