The space Ground floor: ample space with barbecue, sink, large table with benches, hammock to rest, lawn yard, laundry with tank, spaces for up to 03 cars. Kitchen equipped with fridge, electric oven, microwave, cooktop, blender and household appliances. Bathroom, living room with retractable sofa and 50"smart tv. 2nd floor: two bedrooms with balconies and one social bathroom. 3rd floor: Large suite with hot tub and balcony with hammock. All bedrooms have a light curtain, all rooms with fans available, insect protection screens on the windows and doors. For your convenience, we provide 4 beach chairs and 2 sunshades. Other things to note For Christmas we will only accept reservations of at least 5 nights and for New Year's Eve the minimum of 10 nights. If you wish to stay on New Year's Eve/Christmas, the minimum will be 12 nights. In the Carnival period the minimum reservation is 5 days.
