Walking distance to underground (Southfields - 7 mins) and main line (Earlsfield - 12 mins). Shops, restaurants and a big park with lake and children's play ground close by. Would suit a family or couples. No parties. The space Spacious and comfortable house. Open plan kitchen and dining, with seating for 7 people. 3 double bedrooms, 1 with an en suite shower room, and 1 single bedroom. The single bedroom is a child's bedroom but has a full size single bed so fine for an adult. Other things to note There is a cat in the house and she will be here when you stay. As part of the rental you will need to feed her daily. It can be arranged for her not to be here but this will be an additional charge of £25 per day. Car parking permit can be arranged for £5 a day.
