What a wonderful experience we had booking this Airbnb. The home is conveniently located just a few miles off of I-35 in a quiet, well-kept neighborhood. The contactless, electronic entry was convenient and allowed our family to get right in and settled. The home itself was extremely clean and spacious with an open floor plan accommodating to one or two families, easily. The beds were exceedingly comfortable and so were the super soft linens provided. The updated kitchen was well stocked with all the appliances, pots and pans, and utensils one might need to cook any size meal. Our family enjoyed the gated backyard, with paved and covered seating area, along with the many deer that visited the adjoining greenbelt. They also have an area with a fire pit to get cozy during cooler nights. Overall our experience was wonderful and the home met and exceeded all our needs. The host was lovely, prompt, and communicative during the entire process, as well. Towering oak trees line the greenbelt that surrounds two sides of the house. Once a dense forest, the deer still follow the same trails near the property. Bring your fishing poles and visit our catch are release pond. For hikers and bikers, Purgatory Creek Nature Area is within walking distance. Only the number registered guests are allowed in the house or anywhere on the property. No random guests. This is for your safety as well as your guests. No wild parties, raves, banquets, etc. This is a house for friends and family to have a very nice place to stay. As the person that made the booking, you are responsible for telling your guests the House Rules. No smoking or vaping inside the house. City of San Marcos Registration: STR-25-02 Guest access Self Check-in with Keypad. Ample street parking. Other things to note This is a quiet neighborhood. We make sure that we don't do anything to make our neighbors uncomfortable. We ask the same from our guests. Thank you. Smoking/Vaping is allowed on the covered outdoor patio or anywhere outside.
