Built in 2019, the house is situated in a quiet residential area in a good Viennese location. The Vienna Woods are in the immediate vicinity and invite you to hike, bike and run with their beautiful hiking trails. The lower floor offers barrier-free 100 m² with a living and dining area, three bedrooms, a light-flooded conservatory, two separate toilets, as well as a modern bathroom. In the third bedroom there is a double bed (180 cm x 200 cm), which can also be moved to two single beds, two armchairs and boxes for the wardrobe. The kitchen is fully equipped (stove, dishes, fridge, coffee maker, kettle, etc.). The dining room is in the conservatory. In the living room there is a pull-out sofa, a small table, TV and stereo. In addition, there is an anteroom, a bathroom with toilet and an extra toilet. Guest access The entrance to the house is through the small garden door (left), with a safe with the key to the basement on the left of this garden door, above the mailbox (pin for the safe will be communicated in good time). The basement is entered through the white door on the left (Attention: When opening and closing the door, the handle must be pulled up). Guests have access to the entire basement area and garden.
