This enchanting home is perfect for those seeking peace, tranquility, and nature. It is located on the edge of the beautiful Forest, featuring magnificent oak groves with excellent hiking trails and biking paths. Additionally, there is a 2x4 meter Intex pool (photos attached). The house is a short drive away from the beach, the springs of Aviel and Amikam, Ramat Hanadiv Park, artists' stables, and many more attractions. The house is less suitable for children under the age of 5. The space The property features three bedrooms and two bathrooms (no bathtubs), with a kitchen that opens to the living room. The total area of the property is approximately 140 square meters. Two of the bedrooms have a one-and-a-half size bed, while the master bedroom has a queen-size bed and an en-suite shower. There are four outdoor areas available for use: A balcony off the living room A large side terrace A front garden A backyard with a pool All outdoor areas are furnished with seating. Other things to note *We have two loving cats roaming around, they have been adopted over the years, but are friendly and keep to themselves.
