They may not stay overnight. - Events imply additional costs. Caretakers & support: - A couple of caretakers live on the property (in a separate house). They welcome guests at check-in, walk you through the house and rules, and provide operational support: making beds, taking out trash, and pool maintenance. Check-in / Check-out - Check-in: from 2:00 PM | Check-out: by 7:00 PM. Arrival time is coordinated in advance. Guest access Guests may use the entire property, except the caretakers’ house. The caretakers will do the arrival walkthrough and explain the house rules. Other things to note Reminders for a wonderful stay - La María is made for rest: no parties and no loud music. - No smoking indoors. Outdoors, please use an ashtray/container—never throw cigarette butts in the park (fire risk). - Fireworks are not allowed. - Large events are not allowed (+60 people). - Celebrations / productions / commercial use have different rules and rates—please ask before booking. - Rural setting: you may encounter insects and uneven ground; extra care is requested with children. - Fenced pool: even so, children must always be supervised by an adult.
