Your two private Stone cottages is very cozy and designed to hold up to 2 participants. (Two in each cottage) Also Recline and dine at the dinner table overlooking spectacular views to passing clouds harbouring above our mountaintop in our earthship building at the time of your complimentary breakfast or other meals if requested in advance notice. Our property also serves as a perfect destination for Yoga/Meditation Teacher's and Holistic Healers who would like to host Group Retreats, Teacher Trainings, Workshops or Intensives. In addition, Our Eco-Ashram Retreat Property is an ideal setting for Permaculture and Natural Building Activists to host their Sustainable Living Programs. Your spiritual journey begins at the base of the mountain in Muladhara, where you will take a 60minute drive up to Lord Shiva's mountain until you reach your final destination, where Shiva resides, at the Sahasrara crown chakra. You must first travel through the 6 initial chakras, symbolized along your journey, at every 10minute pointe. Once you enter the 7th chakra and approach the retreat center, you are enveloped by natural, pristine silence and crisp, pure air, unlike anywhere else in the world. The buildings are thoughtfully designed to be in alignment with nature based on Vastu Shastra, the ancient Indian science of architecture. The layout, ground preparation, space arrangement and spatial geometry are suited to support your Well-Being and enhance a lifestyle that is healthy, wealthy, happy, and prosperous. Even though we are situated in a remote environment away from the business and external noises of the city, we are only 27km's away (16miles) from Rishikesh Town, near Nealkanth Mahadave Temple, making all your shopping needs and tourist attractions accessible. This house leaves no carbon footprint and heats/cools on the thermal mass property and recycles its own water. We produce our own electricity and have an indoor and outdoor greenhouse to produce our own organic food. Complimentary breakfast is provided as well as Evening Meditation and Fire Puja Ceremony(Yajna). We are surrounded by a 180degree view of the holy ganges river and there is a natural sacred cave on the property for guests to meditate in. Guests can also relax and reflect by the waterfalls.
