The studio apartment is a self contained unit situated off to one side, on the ground level of the main house, with its own private access. The layout of the studio is open plan with a separate shower room and the interiors reflect a simple, modern, minimalist island vibe. Think white polished concrete floors, washed linen bed sheets, rattan accents and floaty curtains billowing in the breeze as you unwind to the soothing sounds of the ocean. Guest access **Kindly note our property is not suitable for seniors and/or those with reduced mobility** Our neighborhood is situated on a hill and guest parking is at the top of our driveway, positioned on a moderate slope leading down to our extraordinary clifftop, ocean front location. Please also keep these points in mind when considering the type of transportation that will work best for your needs. The studio is accessed via an external staircase alongside the main house. Our basic services include; Linen/bedding/towels refresh. Please be aware, our home is not connected to a water source. We collect rainwater on our roof which filters down to our water tank and this is our only source of water for use of the entire household. Due to our conservation efforts, we ask you to please thoughtfully consider the necessity of requests for towel/linen/bedding refresh. Towel refresh. For guests staying more than 7 nights, we offer one complimentary shower and beach towel refresh per week, by request. Additional towel refreshes are available per the terms outlined in the House Manual. Linen refresh.
