The space The apartment is 113m² large, has 3 bedrooms and a large living room with balcony. The available bedroom has a bed for 2 persons. There is also a sleeping couch. The large living room has a 86" 4K TV with lots of streaming options (Netflix 4K, Amazon Prime, Disney+, Youtube Premium, Spotify Premium). Fast and stable wifi & fiber internet, home office proven. Dining / working table including notebook & printer ready to use. Fully equipped kitchen with Nespresso machine & capsules included. Tasty breakfast options in the bakery and restaurants next to the apartment. Guest access Perfect public transport connection: 10 minutes to the airport. 8 minutes to city center (from 4 CHF/ride to 12 CHF/day). Uber/Bolt is available (approx 30 CHF to airport, 30 CHF to city). Electric car charger station in garage available. Paid parking in garage available. Several paid parking options: - 4CHF/hour in the garage in the building - 15 CHF/day in the blue zone (nights (19:00-08:00) and Sunday free) - 0.5 CHF/hour short period parking in white zone (nights (19:00-08:00) free) Please ask and I will send you more details about the parking.
