Relax with the whole family at our stunning townhouse in the heart of Falls Creek village. This is our winter home and in 2024 it underwent a major renovation. The kitchen is a chef’s paradise with premium Miele appliances ovens including a steam oven, large induction hob and more. The living area opens onto a large balcony, complete with gorgeous Mountain views. Upstairs are two bedrooms, two full bathrooms and the newly completed basement third bedroom doubles as a second living space. The space Our location is incredibly quiet and peaceful. Most nights only the sound of the creek babbling below can be heard. The recent renovation has seen new underfloor heating installed on the main levels, a new euro laundry in the basement and new fixtures throughout. Despite the peaceful location, our home is well located in the mid Village of Falls Creek. We have central access to ski lifts, we are ski-in, ski-out (snow permitting), and are a short walk restaurants and amenities. Falls Creek is serviced in winter by the complimentary village shuttle, and we have a 'Shuttle-Stop' directly at the top of our stairway for added winter convenience. The Master bedroom (Queen) has its own balcony with floor to ceiling windows. We provide our guests with premium bedding and towels throughout. The Iight filled bedrooms all have ample wardrobe space. Our two bathrooms consist of shower, vanity and toilet each. The basement bedroom doubles as a TV room and a bedroom. It is separated from the upstairs with a sliding door and has its own entry onto the valley below. Other things to note We have provided premium kitchen and Laundry fittings throughout including two Miele Ovens (one is a combisteam), Miele Dishwasher, Miele full surface induction Cooktop, Bosch Washer and Dryer, Liebherr Fridge and Freezer, Nespresso Machine, Duolit Toaster and Kettle, Weber Q plus many more. We have a large TV in the basement and excellent cabled Wifi throughout to allow the use of your own devices if you choose.
