Beautiful contemporary villa with no neighbors with temperate pool [about 21 degrees] in a secure residence, with stunning views of the Atlas. Capacity: 8 people maximum. 12 kilometers from the city center (about 25 minutes by car), on the road to Ouarzazate, take advantage of the concierge services to organize your entire stay. The space The villa offers premium accommodation: Composed of 4 large bedrooms with their own bathroom, a large living room and a fully equipped kitchen, you will also have access to the fitness room with jacuzzi and hammam. Guests can enjoy its large garden with heated infinity pool (outside the summer period) and children's pool, as well as outdoor games available such as ping pong table, badminton, soccer cages... The accommodation is located in a residence of 6 other single-story villas, not overlooked, secured by security guard and 24-hour surveillance camera, free private parking is also available. High-speed Wi-Fi is available in all rooms of the villa. A kitchen service is available: possibility to hire a cook by the day (price on request), groceries are at your expense, or to have à la carte breakfasts. This service can be confirmed after booking your villa, with our concierge team, and must be paid at the end of your stay. The accommodation is 30-35 minutes by car from the airport (about 18 km). You can book an "Airport > Villa" transfer with one of our private drivers or rent a rental car (these services are extra and to be confirmed with our concierge team after validation of your reservation). Guests not included in the reservation are not allowed in the villa. Guest access Guests can fully enjoy the heated infinity pool (28/29 degrees maximum, unheated pool during the summer period) with a children's pool, garden and various amenities at their disposal (ping pong, badminton, soccer cages, etc.). You also have direct free access to the hammam and jacuzzi. It's only renewed when you request a cleaning. The reception of outsiders not provided for in the reservation, is not allowed in the villa. Smoking is not permitted inside the villa. No pets are allowed. For safety and liability purposes, only the staff made available by our agency are allowed to access the villas. Guests are not entitled to involve their own staff (cleaning, kitchen...) during their stay. Our homes are regularly maintained by our staff to ensure optimal service (pool & garden). The times of passage will be communicated to you in advance and adjusted according to your convenience. No intervention is done without prior approval. Use of drone The use of drones is strictly prohibited within the property, for safety and privacy reasons. Check-out and late fees Check-out must be respected at the agreed time. In case of delay, the following fees will be applied: €30 per hour of delay Beyond 4 hours late, a full night will be charged
