Within a short walking distance there are a large number of shops, restaurants, cafes, pharmacies, beauty salons and spa, a playground and public transport stops, a clothing and grocery market twice a week. The residential complex has its own guarded area with a complete fence and CCTV cameras. The entrance to the complex is by code cards to limit the entry of strangers to the territory. You will have a great time in any weather. The house has everything for a comfortable stay – a lounge area with wi-fi internet, TV, upholstered furniture, billiards, air conditioning, gym, children's playroom, sauna, Turkish steam, salt cave, shower, toilet. The complex also has an outdoor swimming pool with sun loungers, tables and umbrellas. There is also a green area, table tennis, barbecue area, playground, bicycle parking area on the premises. Another nice bonus is its own well-maintained area on the beach. You can also enter with a card. Sun loungers, umbrellas, shower, toilet, changing room - all free for your comfortable stay. Free drinking water bottles are provided twice a day. Gazipasha airport is 30 km away, Antalya airport is 120 km away. If necessary, I will help with the arrangement of airport pickup. The apartment is also intended for personal use, so the cleanliness, tidiness and decency of the guests is of great importance to us. A deposit of €200 in cash is required before check-in. The deposit amount is returned upon departure, taking into account the full safety of the existing property in the apartment. Electricity, water, internet and cleaning of the apartment upon departure are paid separately in Turkish lira.
