Enjoy your stay at our peaceful & centrally-located residence. Your private bedroom & bathroom are on the 2nd floor of our home. Guest will enjoy a light breakfast, snacks, tea, coffee, mini fridge & microwave. A queen bed & full-size futon will be perfect to unwind & relax. Your stay is just a short 20 minute drive to downtown Gettysburg where you can wander around the historic streets, enjoy the sites of the battlefields or dine at the local eateries, breweries & wineries. Home away from home! The space Welcome! We are Sarah and Neil and our sweet cocker spaniel dog, Thea (she is super friendly, just overly excited when guest arrive). We love to travel and always enjoyed our Airbnb stays, so we hope to bring the same experience to you. Enjoy your stay in our newly renovated private bedroom and bathroom on the second floor of our home with adequate parking. We live on the main floor and though, both work full-time, may be available for questions, interactions and extra amenities. There is a keyless entry to our home and a Skelton key for your own private space. We live in a quiet, safe street, not far from downtown, grocery stores or local eateries. We offer light packages breakfast items, packaged snacks as well as a Keurig, microwave, mini fridge, glassware, and paper products. Bathroom essentials and toiletries are also provided. The accommodations are clean, warm, and inviting. While Gettysburg is the primary attraction with the rich history, exciting ghost tours, or casual shopping at the Gettysburg Outlets, if you a looking to stay local, get a taste of what Hanover has to offer. Whether it’s checking out the Hanover Farmers Market, neighborhood pubs, kayaking at Codorus State Park, or tours at Utz chip factory. There’s so much to see and do close by! Guest access Guests may park in the driveway or on the street in front of our home. Access our home by the keyless front door. You will immediately enter our living room and see a door to your right, which leads you up to your private bedroom and bathroom. While staying with us, you will have access to our WiFi, outdoor patio (front and back), and other comfortable amenities. Other things to note We are not handicapped accessible at this time. There are 15 steps leading up to your private space with a handrail.
