This lovely studio rests on the shore of the beautiful Kauneonga Lake. The newly renovated interior creates a warm and relaxing space to take in the amazing sunset views over the lake. The studio is part of a larger building but has private rear yard access, all other spaces are on the road side. Located on Restaurant Row and just a few minutes away from the Historic Bethel Woods Center for the Arts (Home of the original Woodstock). * In the summer months we have boat slips directly in front. The space The studio is part of a larger building but has private rear yard access, all other spaces are on the road side. There is a separate cottage building that is set away from the studio, which is another AirBnB listing. The rear of the studio has a larger deck that is the entire length of the building. The studio deck is sectioned off from the other deck space. Guest access We provide private parking for the studio guest and cottage guests on the left side of the building. Pull down the slight incline and pull up to the split rail fence. I suggest backing out towards the water so to face the street to exit. Other things to note The building has commercial tenants in the front shops on the 1st floor and residential year round tenants on the 2nd floor. The studio space has it's own entrance and no adjoining walls with other year round residential tenants.
