Villeneuve Country House

Our family home is located in the heart of Touraine. It is quiet and surrounded by large green spaces with a closed swimming pool. Close to the Loire Valley castles and vineyards, you will have the opportunity to visit this beautiful region. Perfect accommodation for vacations for families or groups of friends. The space Our large house is on 2 floors. On the ground floor you will find a kitchen equipped with a large table, dining room, large living room, entrance, shower room with toilet. The 1st floor consists of 4 bedrooms each with 1 double bed and the possibility to add your baby bed, a dormitory with 5 single beds, separate toilets, and a bathroom with bathtub. Outside, you have a laundry room with washing machine, dryer and ironing board. On the garden side, there are many possibilities for you to enjoy the sun. 2 dining areas are available with a plancha or barbecue of your choice. A fenced swimming pool is available for your use with sun loungers. Guest access The house is at the end of a large 300 m driveway lined with walnut trees. You have the option to park in the driveway in front of the entrance gate. Other things to note Our house is equipped with free Wi-Fi, towels, sheets. You can reach me for the duration of your stay. Housekeeping fees are directly included in the total price displayed. They include cleaning, bed linen, towels, bath mats and kitchen towels during your stay. A deposit is required for the house. It will be charged in case of noise after midnight or for any damage. We ask for a surcharge of €10 per hour for late check-outs (beyond the regular check-out time).
