Located in the heart of downtown Edmond, you will be within walking distance to UCO, the Fink Park trails & all of the fun restaurants & shops! The expansive deck & wooded back yard make this a perfect peaceful weekend retreat getaway. We lovingly named this space the WellNest as it is attached to WellOK, a wellness collaborative. The WellNest is a low-tox home that is perfect for those who are health conscious or sensitive to harsh cleaners & products. Please read more on "The Space." The space We have two bedrooms, two bathrooms and two living spaces in addition to a fully stocked kitchen with a selection of coffee, spices, breakfast items and snacks. As stated in the description, the WellNest Airbnb is attached to our wellness collaborative, WellOK. There are often Practitioners who see clients in their offices every day and often into the evening. This should not bother guests, but it is something to note. There are also sometimes fitness classes or small events in the studio which faces the deck that is shared by both spaces. We will alert you if there are any events on the schedule during your stay so that you can plan accordingly. Something else to note is that there are steps leading both upstairs and downstairs if there are mobility issues. Because of the nature of the space and being connected to a business, the WellNest is NOT a kid friendly Airbnb. We LOVE children and have 5 of our own, but we ask that no children under the age of 12 stay in the space without express permission. Also, pets are not allowed. We have many clients who have severe pet allergies who meet with wellness practitioners in the business side, so we ask that no pets be brought into the property. Guest access Guests have access to all areas in the WellNest side as well as the deck and back yard. They are also welcome to join any of the fitness classes or book services with one of our practitioners during their stay if there is availability. Guests are not allowed to crossover into the business side without permission as it includes private offices & retail products that we need to protect. We have security cameras installed in the business side to protect our space & are notified when there is motion in the work area or studio. Other things to note Before booking, please be sure you read all descriptions and understand the unique aspects of our property. We have had consistently 5 star reviews, but a guest who was surprised by a small event in the studio was (understandably) unhappy with the light and noise level one evening. Events are rare, as it is usually a quiet peaceful atmosphere, but we want to make sure guests understand that one may happen while they are there. We do ask that events end by 10 if that is the case.
