The space The Guest Suite is a completely private and separate downstairs space. Exterior back porch door with key code for easy access and self check in. Relax and unwind in this 400+ sq ft suite which includes a spacious bedroom, private bathroom, and dedicated office. Rest well on the brand new 14-inch gel memory foam mattress, completed with an all-weather down alternative comforter. Enjoy a peaceful backyard and partial mountain view through large windows in both the bedroom and office. Relax in the large walk-in shower in your private bathroom. Smart TV and wifi for your enjoyment. A clothes steamer is provided for your easy ironing needs. A mini fridge, Keurig coffee maker, and microwave will help provide all the comforts of home. Set your own comfort zone temperature with the separate thermostat. A box fan is also available. Guest access Your private entrance is accessed through the side gate with free street parking. Follow the stepping stone pathway through the metal star adorned gate to the back porch and enter through private door using personalized key code. You may use the patio to relax in chairs or get a workout with the Bowflex (at your own risk). The backyard is a shared space. ACCESS NOTE: We are on a corner lot and your entrance is via the side gate. PARKING: If possible, please park on a curb next to our house. We like to keep our sweet neighbors happy.
