Welcome to Your private room in the apartment in Berlin-Wedding (Gesundbrunnen). It is ideally located from public transport. Few steps away from Tram 50 and M13, as well as U8 and U9 from U-Bhf Osloer Straße. Approximate distance during the day from some of the interest points: Alexanderplatz - direct U8 line 16 minutes. Brandenburger Tor - 20-30 minutes with one change. Berlin ZOO - direct U9 line 19 minutes. BER Airport - 45-90 minutes with one or two changes. Warm welcome to Berlin! Dawid The space The apartment is located on the 2nd floor in an old building with no elevator (ground floor is 0). There is about 40 steps to climb. There are 3 rooms and shared 1 corridor, 1 bathroom and 1 kitchen. One of the rooms will be Yours during your stay - as per instructions provided. There are some hangers, a shelf and a drawer for your belongings. A table with two chairs so you can consume food or work. For your comfort, room has been equipped with mini-fridge. Temperature on the thermostats is set centrally during the heating period and can be only controlled by Host on specific request of a Guest. Information valid only when heating is on: In the guest room the heating is set to 20 °C 24 hours per day. In the bathroom the heating is set to 20 °C. In the kitchen the heating is set to 18 °C. Corridor has no radiator. Opening any of the windows in any of the rooms will cause heating to be switched off in this room. Guest access You are going to stay at my Home. As my guest, you will get your own set of keys for main entrance to the building and to the apartment. YOUR ROOM is at the end of the corridor on the RIGHT diagonal wall. Bathroom and Kitchen are shared - please keep them clean and tidy for the other guests, who may be in the apartment at the same time and for me. All other rooms remain private, so please do not enter them, same way as you do not want others to enter your room. During your stay If you need anything from me, please leave me a message. There might be another guests staying opposite to you, so there might be some interaction expected. In the first room, there are other persons staying permanently. Your place will be your place and I'll do my best not to interrupt your stay. Other things to note There might be another guests staying in the same apartment at the same time. This apartment is my Home. All common spaces will be shared with me and possibly with other guests. In general, house rules are: - Smoking is allowed, but only outside of he building. - I love cats and dogs, but prefer not to have them in my apartment. - Guests are allowed only after host's approval. - Washing machine is for host private use only - Wash Salon is available behind the corner. - Kitchen can be used for simple cooking only (boiling, baking, cold food) - EXCLUDING frying as well as deep-frying. - Your room is equipped with mini-fridge, therefore the fridge/freezer in the kitchen is for HOST private use. - Save water and gas - Please use dishwasher - preferably program 2 or 3 - tablets are under the sink - Sugar, salt and pepper, oil - please use it as much as you want - should you use anything else - please buy it back, those are private things :-) - Please store your toiletries inside of your room, as I take no responsibility for them. - For anything else, please ask :) Check-in ahead of or check-out after it's time may cause additional charges, based on average night price of your booking as per below levels: 20% extra between 0 and 3 hours before check-in time or after check-out time 40% extra between 3 and 6 hours before check-in time or after check-out time 60% extra between 6 and 9 hours before check-in time or after check-out time 80% extra between 9 and 12 hours before check-in time or after check-out time 100% extra above 12 hours before check-in time or after check-out time.
