This suite is tastefully furnished with all basic amenities like high speech WiFi, smart TV, water heater, cooking facilities, air-cond and more. Please take good care of it when you are welcomed into our home. Most importantly, we hope that you enjoy the home as much as we do! Our home is at the higher floor of Jazz Suites 2, with easy access through the ground floor lobby (on the same row as Starbucks and Burger King). The corridor leading to our unit is illuminated by bright natural light and is well lit with overhead lighting. Being on higher level, you will enjoy natural breeze with the windows and sliding door opened. Our balcony faces a tranquil landscaped garden. With abundant sunshine pouring into the balcony and the beautiful scenery, it instantly relaxes one's mind. [Living Room] The living room and the adjoining dining area are air-conditioned. We have a smart TV and unlimited high speed WiFi for your entertainment. [Bedrooms] All the bedrooms are air-conditioned. The bedrooms have high quality mattresses, brand new pillows and blankets. The bed linens, pillow cases and blankets are replaced after each group of guests leave. All the bedrooms have windows that allow natural ventilation. Our apartment allows a comfortable stay for 6 people. However, we also welcome big group of guests when weddings or family gatherings are in the picture. 7 people can live in our home. Floor mattresses for the 7th and 8th persons can be arranged only with charge RM25 each. Kindly contact us for special arrangement. Please note that surcharge is applicable from the 6th person onward. [Master Bedroom] This room is air-conditioned. There is a 1 x king-sized bed and 1 x Queen-sized bed in the master bedroom. This bedroom is connected to an en-suite bathroom. [Second Bedroom] This room is also air-conditioned. There is a Single-sized bed in this bedroom. [Third Bedroom / Single Bedroom] As with other bedrooms, this room is air-conditioned with windows. This single bedroom has a Bunk bed. [Bathrooms] The bathrooms have a seated toilet and rain shower each. Hot and cold water are available in both bathrooms. Two-in-one body shampoo, toilet paper, hand soap and towels are provided( Follow total of guest booking). The centralised water heater switch can be found outside the common bathroom. [Kitchen] There is an induction cooker in the kitchen. Please note that only light cooking is allowed in the house. Microwave is also available for simple food preparation. Besides that, the kitchen is equipped with kettle and refrigerator. Pot, pan, cutlery, silverware, bowls, plates, mugs, plastic cups and plates (for children) are available. Iron and ironing board are available in the common area. Adaptors and extension are also placed here. [Laundry area] There is a laundry area adjacent to the kitchen. We have in place a washing machine and detergent for your use. You may dry your clothes on the clothes hanging rack placed at the balcony. Access cards are required to enter into the condo lobby (at level G / ground floor, same row as KFC, Starbucks and Burger King) or the Club House (at level R / roof top). There is a digital lock at our front door. We will pass you TWO (2) access cards (for group with more than one guest) For retail therapy, the largest shopping mall in Sarawak (Vivacity Megamall) is right below the condo. Just press “G” in the lift, touch your access card at the condo lobby checkpoint, and voila! You are in shopping haven that is more than 1.2 million square feet and has a good mix of stores, F&B outlets, and cinema. Other things to note House Rule 1) Please respect the apartment and the neighbouring residences. Keep as low profile & low noise within the premises. Quiet hrs at 9pm to 8am Do not Littering from balcony Fine RM500 2) All event such as parties, birthdays, weddings etc. to be inform early 3) No pets are allowed. 4) To help save our environment and for safety measure to avoid POWER OFF due to overload current, I would much appreciated that air-con and necessary unused electric appliances to be turned off when you are out of the apartment. Very hard to looking technical team to switch on centre power switch especially at night time, week end and holiday. 5) I have a strictly no smoking policy(SMOKING IN UNIT Fine RM500) . Removing the smell from the apartment is very costly and will affect my next guests. 6) Please note that strictly no visitor other than the guests listed are allowed to stay overnight in the apartment. To avoid any inconvenient with security guard. Please select correct total of guest 7) Any damage or breakages are to be reported immediately and paid for accordingly 8) Be mindful of the towels and linen - tanning products, make-up, blood etc on towels/linen is hard to remove and will incur the replacement cost. 9) Any loss of access cards/keys will be charged at Door Key RM50 each Lobby Access Card RM250 each Car parjing tag sensor RM250 each 10) Please follow the management rules and do not use the swimming pool and gym after 7pm. Please dry off your wet body and change to dry cloth after swimming in changing room before use lift to avoid any accident happen and Fine RM500. You are expected to bring your own gym towel. 11) Please keep the home clean and tidy, as how you’d treat your own home. Trash Bin at Level R nearby lift 12) Please turn off the taps to help conserve water. 13) Please do not enter any restricted zones within the condo. 14) Please DO NOT throw sanitary pads into the toilet bowls. Plumbing fee will be charged to guests for blocked toilets (Note: It costs approximately RM350 to unplug a toilet) 15) Guests are fully responsible for the furniture, appliances and other amenities during their stay. Damages will be reported to Airbnb and claimed from the security deposit. If you book for a third party, please inform them accordingly. 16) This 3-bedroom and common space unit can accommodate up to 6 guests. floor mattress( Extra mattress RM25 each) will be made available for group with more than 4 pax or as necessary only Towel will prepare follow total of guest in booking 17) Please do not put heavy or hard objects into the washing machine to prevent damage. 18) Make sure you take all your belongings with you! Any personal belongings of value (eg clothing, phone chargers, jewellery) will be stored for collection or sent on to you if we are contacted. We do not keep any food, alcohol, toiletries etc. Please treat our house with kindness and respect :) You must also acknowledge Security Deposit - if you damage the home, you may be charged up to RM500 *** Any illegal activities are strictly prohibited. ***** We do not accept any liability for any personal injuries, accidents, or damage/loss to guests' personal belongings sustained in the apartment or within the condominium area.
