Unique, newly built, sea-front home is a perfect retreat for families, peace seekers, or sport enthusiasts. On the coast, has a secluded yet perfect beach for swimming, sunbathing, or kitesurfing! Use the Weber grill or smoker. Step outside for a walk on the beach, use bikes or playground. In the winter, it is warm, cozy and tranquil; enjoy the view of the sea, or take up birdwatching! The space The house is set over two floors, with the master bedroom in the loft space and two bedrooms (one with bunkbeds) on the ground floor. The loft features an ideal workspace for remote working. There is a large, fully-equipped, kitchen/dining area and a relaxation zone on the ground floor. There is a bathroom with a shower and the laundry area that is equipped with a washer and dryer. Additionally, a large terrace, with access to a grill and smoker, provides outdoor relaxation and dinning space. There is a small playground for children. Enjoy the hot jacuzzi with the sea view, while watching the sun rise or sun set, or under the falling stars.
