Brand new 5 stars condominium inside of Marriott Rayong resort and spa, absolute beach front, biggest swimming pool of Thailand, the place is 2 bed rooms apartments, kitchen is fully equipped, bedding and towels provided and fast internet. Just refurnished in August 2018, everything in perfect condition for rental, and now motorized blinds on every window with remote control. The space It is new and it is inside of 5 stars hotel which is Marriott Rayong resort and spa. We have digital lock key for the main door, so you don't need to carry the key, you will have provided code, safety box in the room. You can use the Marriott hotel facilities like pool and restaurants. There is 55 " sized TV with hundred movies / DVD including kids movies. Check in and out time flexible, you are free to come any time, as we have security guards for 24 hours. This flat is just renovated in August 2019 , and fully equipped for bed linen, towels and the kitchen items such as toaster, micro wave, plates and pots, glasses and all the necessary utensils. Guest access For Marriott hotel facilities, you can use all their pools and restaurants, and also the Spa and Gym, kids clubs can be used with extra daily cost. Other things to note Now there is local restaurant just end of our beach on right side ( 20 meters from our pool), you can have meals there for full day at local price if the hotel restaurant is pricey for you , and you can also rent the motorcycle or Sareng ( 5 seats) there any time. Electricity cost is not included so you will pay what you used when you do check out, but the electricity is not expensive in Thailand, you might pay 100 Baht to 200 Baht per day depdeing on your use.
