Come and feel at home! The space The loft is on the 17th floor and is very nice, airy and private. The compact kitchen has a frost-free refrigerator with two very spacious doors. There is an electric coffee maker to prepare coffee to your liking whenever you feel like it. It has dishes, cutlery, glasses, cups, knives, a cutting board, a pitcher and plastic pots. In the kitchen, there is also a sandwich maker, blender and 1-burner induction stove, along with pots for you to prepare a meal to your liking. A dining area with comfortable chairs awaits you! The living room has a sofa, with a blanket and cushions for relaxing. Smart TV with the main apps Netflix, YouTube, GloboPlay is at your disposal with 250 MG internet speed. The entire environment is air-conditioned. Queen-size bed in the bedroom with 4 pillows and a blanket. Complete set of sheets. A large wardrobe to store your belongings and a steam iron to smooth your clothes. The TV can be used facing the bed as well. Bathroom with hot and strong shower with full bath linen. Other things to note You are renting a temporary residential apartment, so the condo rules must be strictly respected and take care of the place as your home! It is important to know: - We offer a clean and free bed and bath linen. We DO NOT exchange bed linens free of charge during the stay. If you need to renew the trousseau, just request it in advance and for a fee of R$50. - We offer basic items such as soaps, toilet paper, trash bag and detergent for 1 day. We DO NOT replace these items. - Washing your clothes is an important task, and we know that! So if you need to use the laundry, don't worry, you'll be charged a fee of R$10 per machine. Request the host in advance. - The cleaning fee refers to cleaning at your checkout only. Q. Is the apt in need of extra cleaning? We offer the service for a fee of R$135 already included the change of linen. Agende 1 day in advance. - Saving energy is taking care of the environment!
