Cozy little cabin in a fun area

Cozy newly renovated cabin with great views and quiet surroundings. The cabin is located in Lauvåsen cabin area on Austbø, in the middle between Rauland city center and Rauland ski resort. From the property there are good views over Longvikvatn and Tansevatn as well as the surrounding mountains. At Longvikvatn there is a nice and popular beach, Fagersand, which is a short walk away. There is the possibility of fishing and there are nice hiking areas in the immediate vicinity. The space The 1967 cabin of 55m2 has been recently renovated from 2019 to 2025, consists of 2 bedrooms, bathroom, hallway, kitchen, dining area and living room. The smallest bedroom has a bunk bed, the other has 2 separate beds. A small, new and practical bathroom with shower and underfloor heating. Kitchen and living room are in the same room which is practical and social. There is no WIFI or cable TV in the cabin, there is a TV available with HDMI cable. We usually bring a PC that we connect to 4g and use the TV as a screen if we are going to watch TV, it works fine. Furthermore, there is a modern fireplace and wood in the shed. The fireplace is 5.5kw so it quickly gets warm in the cabin. Or there are 3 panel heaters and heating cables in the bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, dishwasher, coffee maker and stove. Other things to note The tenant must do the cleaning himself, there is a vacuum cleaner and washing equipment in the cabin. There are no bed linens in the cabin so the tenant must bring them.
