Enjoy your morning coffee on the back patio oasis while you watch the sunrise. Located in Covington, GA just 26 miles east of Atlanta and 40 minutes from Hartsfield Jackson International Airport. We are located just 10 minutes from historic downtown Covington, home to films such as Vampire Diaries, Sweet Magnolias, The Walking Dead, Dukes of Hazzard and so much more. The space The Cove is tucked away in a quiet culdesac, in the cozy town of Covington, GA - AKA The real Mystic Falls for all you TVD Fans. Located 10 minutes from Covington Square which is perfect if you are visiting The Vampire Diaries Tours and 15 minutes away from Conyers, where you will find an AMC movie theater and The Conyers shopping plaza. Mall shopping is also close by at The Stonecrest mall, or shop till you drop in Buckhead. In downtown Atlanta you can tour The world of Coca Cola, visit the Georgia Aquarium or catch various events at the Mercedes Benz Stadium. If you prefer to stay in, enjoy some complementary snacks and watch your Roku smart TV or Netflix. TV also equipped with streaming and casting capabilities. If you need to work remotely, setup your work space on the bistro style table near the coffee bar. Guest access Guests will have contact less check-in with keypad entry at the front entrance. Your room is immediately inside on the ground floor. Guest will have full access to the entire first floor except the garage. Guest have access to full kitchen which may be shared with the host on occasion. Eat in kitchen at the pub table or dining room. Guests have full access to Backyard amenities which includes a Barbecue grill and Firepit. Also take advantage of the outdoor dining space and conversation area. During your stay I am available via your booking app, text and phone. I also live on the property. I am here to make your stay at the Cove relaxing and enjoyable. On the day of your arrival I will communicate with you for a smooth self check in. Any questions at all im just a text away. Other things to note This is a shared space, and a multi listing property. There may or may not be other Guests staying in separate rooms upstairs. Please be mindful of others in the house. Please use your assigned parking space as well as your assigned shelf in the refrigerator. Guest are allowed to used the TOP SHELF ONLY in refrigerator . Guest utensils, pots and pans are located in the Black cabinet in the kitchen. Please do not use anything from the cherry cupboards. This is for host use only. This is a PET friendly home. Pets must be "verified" just as guests must be verified. Pet verification is done through  signed and dated veterinarian's paper indicating shots are up-to-date and also stating the pet's WEIGHT. Only pets under 25lbs will be accepted. Maximum 2 pets per reservation. Pets must be registered as an additional guest over 1 guest registered. Example: Mr. and Mrs. John Smith register (each registration covers up to 2 guests) You must select Pet and quantity. Guest are expected to clean up after their pets. All pet waste must be bagged and put in the outdoor trash can located on the right side of the garage. Please keep pets off the furniture. Pets are also not allowed on the bed. There is extra cleaning and sanitization and ozone treatment done after guest leaves to ensure future guests with allergies are not affected.
