Other things to note We may require a fully refundable incidentals fee; this is paid separately through Airbnb prior to check in, and returned after a successful checkout, pending the space is left in the condition found, and without damages, house rule violations or excessive cleaning needed. Reservations exceeding 1 month will require a cleaning service at an additional rate. If your travel dates are uncertain, we do advise purchasing the travel insurance. Guests who wish to shorten their stay after booking would be subject to our cancellation policy.
