HOUSE RULES - NO any catering event or party allowed - Take off your shoes before entering the house - Adjust the noise level to the lowest after 10pm - Park only at your own car park lot - Use the swimming pool with PROPER ATTIRE ONLY (Swimsuit only, No T-shirt) - Replacement cost will be deducted from the security deposit for the loss of keys or access cards. - Turn off all power supply when not in use or leaving the unit. - Please wash the dining ware and cutlery after using. - Strictly no overnight guests for more than the number of maximum guests stated. - ln unfortunate event of accidentally staining the furniture, please attempt to remove the stains immediately lf they can't be removed, please inform us as soon as possible so we can send in assistance. #Somebody once said that "rules are made to be broken", BUT don't try it here as the management team of this apartment is strict on this and they have the right to issue FINES if any rules are found to be broken, especially the SWIMMING POOL matter.
