This is a brand new Japanese-style small villa in a residential area on the outskirts of Tokyo. The two-story wooden building uses Japan's most advanced earthquake-resistant technology to withstand an 8-magnitude earthquake. Bathroom is newly equipped with a heater dryer, so you won't be cold when taking a shower in winter. Fully furnished and equipped with premium appliances, this is a cozy home away from home. If you want to show off your cooking skills, there is no problem at all. The nearby supermarket has a variety of fresh ingredients, and the spacious semi-open kitchen has a variety of utensils and spices to let you show off your skills. For leisure, there are two large hot spring baths about 3 km in the direction of Kawaguchi and Soka, with super good facilities and good prices, about 1,000 yen for bathing. There is a commercial street with many izakayas about 10 minutes walk away. 🏮 The nearest 24-hour convenience store is about 3 minutes walk away. There is a Japanese fast food chain, Sukiya, Gusto, and McDonald's within walking distance. There is a large pharmacy (grocery store) and supermarket within a 5-minute walk, and Shimazono Mall (tax-free at the mall headquarters) is on the way to the house near the tram station. Please note: This is not an entire house for rent, it is a single room with a lock. The Host lives here too, if you have any questions or want to know about the local customs, you can go to her, she will be happy to be your friend! There is no free parking space at the hotel, but there is a cheap paid parking lot nearby. The space This is a two-story small villa with four rooms, one bathroom, two toilets, and a semi-open kitchen and living room. The host lives here too, you are welcome to come and chat with her in the morning and evening. Complimentary coffee and tea are available in the kitchen. You can use the host's condiments if you want to cook, but you have to bring your own ingredients. This is your home away from home. Guest access You have a private room with a door lock, all common areas such as the living room, kitchen, bathroom and toilet are shared, the host also lives here and will clean daily, please book carefully if you mind.
