The space The Guest House has a small bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and living room (about 300 sq. feet). It has a clean, yet warm, modern feel to the space. There is a covered parking area attached to the side, with easy access. Guest access There is plenty of room for two cars to have covered parking, with more space in front of the Guest House to park another two cars comfortably. Other things to note The Guest House is located in the peaceful town of Garden Valley, near Lindale. It is about a 40 minute drive to Tyler for a larger experience of East Texas.
