Janneke and Martijn warmly welcome you. Within a few minutes walk you will find Giskelivatnet where you can swim or take a canoe trip. Discover the path along the waterfall, experience the waterfall up close, pat the sheep, or take a walk to our farm Subbeli. This is just a small selection of everything you can find here. The space Bjødlandsfolgå is one of the three 100-year-old farmhouses we rent out at Fossane farm. A cozy house with a stunning view and 4 beds. The house is great for couples and families. The nostalgic character gives a homey atmosphere indoors, here you can fire in the wood stove and feel at home and welcome to us. We welcome guests all year round. The house is fully equipped and has what you need of facilities and equipment for short or longer stays. We rent out e-bikes and in winter we offer snowshoes and snow spikes so you can walk in the beautiful winter landscape. We are located in a remote area, so you get peace and quiet and a fantastic landscape you can explore. Ryfylke and Hjelmeland offer many great hiking opportunities in summer and winter. In recent years, Hjelmeland has also made a name for itself in the production and processing of local raw materials. You will therefore find several farm sales nearby.
