This is an older building with an updated look inside! Normally quiet unless construction is being done nearby. You may be able to hear next door neighbors or upstairs neighbors traveling in and out because of the hallway. The private yard has a grill and outdoor furniture for your enjoyment. Don't forget your bug spray! Guest access There is free parking almost always on the street in front of the apartment. If you stay out late, you’ll absolutely be able to find free parking directly on the side streets. Please pay attention to the street signs for parking rules. Other things to note Absolutely No Parties Allowed. When booking, you must state the exact number of guests who will be on the property at all times. This includes overnight guests and daytime visitors. The front door camera is monitored 24/7 for safety and to strictly enforce the guest policy. This rule protects every tenant in the building.
