The spacious home has 3 bedrooms (1 king with private jacuzzi bath, walk-in closet, and dual sinks; 2 queens sharing a full bath with tub/shower and dual sinks) plus a convenient half bath. Sleeps comfortably with kid-friendly setup. Enjoy a fully stocked kitchen (fridge, stove, microwave, drip coffee maker, pots/pans, dishes, silverware), fast WiFi, satellite smart TV, washer/dryer, charcoal BBQ grill, ample parking with circle drive, 50 ft covered porch, and front patio with seating, coffee tables, and outdoor dining. We provide plenty of hot water and bath towels. New automatic backup generator keeps everything running during outages. Quiet neighborhood—please keep noise low at night. No pets. This cabins is off of a well maintained road, you DO NOT need high clearance or 4x4 to access this property. Other things to note -For safety and comfort during your visit, we recommend carrying a flashlight when walking around the property at night, as outdoor lighting is limited. Please bring plenty of drinking water for your group, especially if you plan to spend time outdoors or exploring the area. -Important Vehicle Preparedness for Desert Driving: The surrounding roads and desert terrain can have sharp rocks, thorns, and debris that increase the risk of flat tires. For your safety, we strongly recommend bringing a properly inflated spare tire, along with the necessary tools to change a tire (jack, lug wrench, and any vehicle-specific adapters). Cell service can be spotty, so being self-sufficient is key. -Guests are welcome to use the grill. Charcoal and lighter fluid are not provided—please purchase these locally during your stay. We provide a starter supply of coffee (grounds and/or pods), bathroom essentials including shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, as well as household basics such as paper towels and toilet paper, plus kitchen staples like basic spices and cooking oil. These items are offered as a convenience, but we suggest bringing any personal favorites or additional quantities for longer stays.
