Enjoy lake life on Clearwater Bay during any season with private beach access at our waterfront paradise. Perfect for fishing trips (large dock), family vacay, or friends getaway! The property spans over 1 acre and has natural water streams, private road and beach. We are setup for kids and babies as well! Less than a 1 minute drive to Clearwater market & LCBO for all your supplies! Property is pet friendly! The cabin is all season! Sleeps up to 14 in Spring/Summer and 12 Fall/Winter! The space The all season cabin has 5 bedrooms! The main floor features an open concept living/dining space with a wood-burning fireplace, screened in porch, BBQ, fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms with a total of 4 beds, crib and 1 bathroom. The basement level has its own living room, bathroom, sauna, and bedroom with 2 bunk beds (4 beds). You will also find an additional guest cabin right on the beautiful beach with 2 double beds, kitchen, deck and dock onto the lake! The dock has lots of room for boats and is perfect for swimming and fishing! Other things to note Do not drink tap water. The Clearwater market is a stone throw away. Please bring your own bath and beach towels along with toiletries. The main cabin is winterized and all season. The guest cabin is three season. Bring your own drinking water. We do not supply propane for the barbecue.
