Le Rayot is a superb 17th century manor house, located in the heart of 5 ha of gardens, forest, fields, on top of a hill with a very nice view. In summer, outdoor games and dining by the pool and pool house. In winter, evenings by the fire and Nordic hot bath under the stars (service on request). Nearby, superb walks in the countryside and vineyards. A haven of tranquility 10 minutes from La Réole and the bastide of Monségur (night markets, famous jazz festival). The space The large, recently renovated kitchen has retained all the charm of the old, with oak countertops, a long, very friendly wooden table and oak benches. The magnificent fireplace allows for large wood fires for the winter. Fully equipped with American-style fridge-freezer, range cooker and stainless steel hood, dishwasher, microwave, high chair. Two spacious and comfortable living rooms with sofas and armchairs, piano, marble fireplace and TV. Beautiful and large entrance leading to the reception rooms with stunning views of the front. - "Stone" room Double bedroom with en-suite bathroom (2 people) - "Blue" room Double room (2 people) - "Aqua" Room Double room with sink (2 children) - "Orange" Room Double room with sink (2 people) - "Green" Room Double bed and a single bed suitable for a child (2 people, 1 child) - "Yellow Room" Large single bed and single bed suitable for a child (1 person + 1 child or 2 children) * The green and yellow rooms are interconnected, so you have the choice to use as a whole suite or two separate rooms. - "Hobbit" room Comfortable attic-style bedroom - double or twin - with ensuite bathroom. This bathroom is also accessible from the common areas and can be used as a master bathroom or private bathroom. (2 people) *All rooms, except Stone and Hobbit, are located at the front of the house with stunning views of the countryside. *Two baby beds are available and can be arranged where it will be useful to you. Upstairs are two large bathrooms, one with a toilet, bath and sink, the other with a double sink and bath/shower combo. The en-suite bathrooms are beautifully decorated with an open shower, toilet and Moroccan sinks. Guest access Guests will have access to all common outdoor areas of the property (gardens, swimming pool, woods, fields...). This large pool has a pool house equipped with a storage room, toilet and outdoor kitchen with refrigerator, stove and dishwasher. Under the veranda you will find a barbecue, table and chairs and admire stunning views. This is the perfect place to relax and dine al fresco. For players and athletes, you will find (indoors or outdoors): - Ping pong table - Bicycles - Molkky game - Vendée shuffleboard - Slackline - Board games - Card games ... Note: Sometimes we can meet in the pool for a quick swim in this pool belonging to the common area. For the record, there are no other tenants than you on the site, so this only concerns my family and myself. My two little girls especially appreciate being able to cool off when it's very hot, when it doesn't bother anyone of course. Other things to note The envelope required for cleaning fees also includes laundry fees for all bed linen and towels.
