There are also nearby hotspots like the Cabo Rojo Salt Flats and the cool Los Morrillos Lighthouse. Back at home, when you need some downtime after a fun day, there’s a sitting room with a TV, but the best part is the outdoor area. This is the perfect place to spend quality time with your group, as you’ll have a refreshing pool, a BBQ for grilling up some tasty treats, and plenty of outdoor seating. There’s nothing more convenient than having a well-equipped kitchen with all the appliances and accessories you’d need to prepare meals at home, plus a washing machine and dryer on hand if you need to refresh some clothes. Other things to note Puerto Rico is a beautiful tropical island, and with that comes the occasional power outage, which can happen unexpectedly and is unfortunately beyond our control. While these are typically brief, we appreciate your understanding and patience should this occur during your stay. The road leading to the property is part of the island's rustic charm, it may have some bumps or potholes along the way. We recommend driving slowly and cautiously to ensure a smooth arrival. Being in the heart of the tropics means you may encounter mosquitoes and other local bugs. We recommend bringing insect repellent for your comfort, especially during the evenings or when enjoying outdoor spaces. Please review this information before booking to ensure a pleasant stay. Please note that the pool is serviced every Friday. - Travelers must be at least 21 years old to book. - Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation. - Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to book it. - No smoking of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $300 fine. - No parties, events, or excessive noise after 10 pm. Please respect the neighbors. - Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay. - Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required that is refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met. - Guests might be required to present an official ID at check-in or during the stay. - Pets are allowed for a fee. Please let us know if you are traveling with a pet. - High chair is available upon request. Bedroom 4 will only be available if the number of guests listed on the reservation is more than 8.
