We're happy to host families! For people who want to work in the neighborhood, we would like to have a message first. The apartment is located in a very quiet condominium. This is a duplex in a house. Ideal for relaxing after a day in Paris, it is spacious (145 m2), quiet with lots of light. The neighborhood is very dynamic. 10 min walk from La Villette along the basin. 20 minutes from République and 30 minutes from Bastille The space The apartment is composed of a master bedroom and three children's bedrooms with single beds. We can also accommodate two people in an open attic mezzanine Guest access The apartment is 5 minutes from the Hoche metro station, 5 minutes from tram 3B (Delphine Seyrig stop) and the RER E (Pantin stop). The apartment is located in a courtyard at the back of the building that overlooks the street. You have to pass the black gate and the entrance is on the right. Other things to note We have a cat! Lafayette! Very cuddly. December 31st special: we do not allow parties at the house. We would appreciate it if you could remove your shoes at the bottom of the stairs. We live in this apartment and all our personal belongings are there. Please do not open all the cupboards and respect our privacy. We have neighbors below and they deserve not to jump or scream upstairs from the kitchen and master bedroom living room.
