A spacious house with comfortable mattresses & fully air-conditioned in a house estate with 24 hours security guard service ! Nearby are the beautiful sunset by the beach, playground , Piasau Boat Club. Long term stay is also welcome! Cleaning fee may be waived if book for at least 2 nights ( upon request only) . If more than 12 guests, we can arrange additional floor mattresses with additional charges. The space -6 Bedrooms (1 King Bed & 5 Queen Beds, 2 floor mattresses) -5 Toilets -Refrigerator, microwave, cooking stove, cooking pot, water kettle , plates, cups, and cutlery are all available -Auto-gate. Other things to note if guest book more than one day, cleaning fee can be waived
