Cozy apartment on our farm for up to 4 people with plenty of space in the outdoor area, which can be used wonderfully as a playground or simply as a lawn. Private terrace with barbecue & outdoor seating available. The space Cozy 60 m² apartment with lots of space outside. Large open space that can be used as a playground or lawn. The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms, each with 2 beds, a combined living/dining area and a bathroom with shower. The kitchenette is equipped with a dishwasher, ceramic cooktop, microwave with oven function. Furthermore, the apartment has a flat screen TV with satellite connection and radio/CD player. Linens & towels are included. High chair and/or crib can be provided free of charge upon request. The apartment has its own terrace with barbecue facilities and outdoor furniture. Free parking space for the car & a lockable bicycle room are provided. Other things to note We run a pure arable farm WITHOUT livestock farming. Our farm only has only 2 ponies, 1 cat and a funny chicken gang. Our main harvest season of cereals and arable crops is in July and August. During these months, of course, there is a lot going on with us and you will experience it up close, since the apartment is directly on the farm. So if you would like to get an insight into the country life of the farmer, you should plan these two months. The other months it is rather quiet and the normal everyday life of the country takes hold with us. Need a little sport? There is also the possibility to reserve a place at the Waren tennis club through us. You can bring rackets with you or rent them from us for a small fee.
