The football stadium, Stadio Comunale Nicasio Puccio, is located at the top of the road. LA BOTTEGA dei Sapori is located at the turn off to the Villa. (Via Termitana, Just off SS 285). Here you will find delicious take-out pizza. Termini Imerese the next largest town is 9 km from Caccamo. Here you will find larger supermarkets and one of Sicily's well-known outdoor markets open every Friday. You can purchase clothing, fresh fish and produce along with many other items you may need to complete your visit.. A A must do for shoppers! Termini Imerese has waterfront and sea view restaurants and in the summer beachside bars and cafes. The Capital and Historic town of Palermo is 35 minutes away. Cefalu known for the most beautiful sand beaches in Sicily and UNESCO World Heritage Sites is just 35 minutes away. Agrigento known for "The Valley of the Temples" is 1:30 away. A great location. Guest access The entire Villa is your space while you are there. Please treat it as if it were yours! The villa is all on one floor, however, there is 1 step up to enter into the villa from the veranda. Once inside, you will find the original marble floors, there are no thresholds to cross and the floor is smooth and easy to navigate with a medical or assist device. Other things to note This location is off the main road and a few minute drive to the Villa. This is an Italian country road. Expect a few bumps along the way and use caution when it's raining as the road can get a little muddy. During the wet season a 4 wheel drive is recommended.
