The space The villa consists of a main Trulli house and an independent Lamia adjacent to the main building. The indipendent Lamia is fully air conditioned. The main Trulli house is partially air conditioned, since the A/C units are ubicated only in the sleeping area. In particular, one of the three rooms has its own fancoil, the other two rooms are cooled by a fancoil located just outside the room's doors. Guest access The entire house, the swimming pool and the surrounding land are for the exclusive use of guests. Other things to note Before check-in, personal documents will be required for communication with the local authorities. Upon arrival you will also be asked to sign a short-term lease contract as required by Italian law.
