Cozy Waterfront Cottage & Large Loft/Games room

Welcome to our cottage where you can disconnect and enjoy the beauty of the East Highlands. The drive alone is absolutely beautiful and you will find yourself decompressing long before you arrive. Summer renters will enjoy outdoor games, 2 Kayaks, 2 SUP boards, Water Mattress & Paddle Boat. Our Loft has a pool table, lots of board games, shuffleboard, card table and smart tv. Snowmobilers in the winter, hikers and ATV trails accessible from our Cottage driveway. Lic# - STR25-00025 The space 3 bedrooms - 1 double bed, 1 queen, twin bunk beds & pull out couch in living room. The Loft above the garage is a perfect spot during those rainy days or extra cool nights to play pool, shuffleboard, boardgames, card games and a selection of VHS/DVD movies. There is a Smart TV's in the Cottage and Loft with HDMI cords ready for you to connect. Your phone reception is perfection in most parts of the property. WIFI is great!! Note: You will have not access to our garage and there is no bathroom in the Loft. One of our neighbours live there year round so please respect the noise after 11PM. Guest access Lots of parking. You need to let me know in advance if you have an EV as we will charge for the additional electricity use. In the Winter months, its best to have 4x4 and winter tires to travel on the cottage roads and our driveway depending on the weather. We have a hill, so there are times when you may have to park at the top and walk down. Bring your tabbogan for the driveway in the winter! There is also usually a huge cleared walking path on the lake (not guaranteed during your stay); and let me know if you skate, I can find out if you can use the Rink next door! There are about 5 parking spots on the property. More details will be provided before you arrive. Other things to note We suggest that your group has no more than 4 adults as the cottage is not that large. Its perfect for 2 families. Having said that, we have 4 adult children and the 6 of us love spending time together there so it really depends on your group dynamic. Young children just adore the easy beach walk- in and will not be able to get enough of that water mattress!! The Lake is spring fed and usually nice and warm for summer swimming. There are no weeds either!
