Our neighbors tell us we have the best view, and guests sometimes move furniture to take advantage of different views from different angles. Lower floor is used as a dance and recreation studio by owner. Available sometimes by advance request for special events, activities. (Yoga, exercise, piano, rehearsals, etc) Not used when guests present(=quiet). Dozens of towels, sheets, blankets and pillows are in the laundry room for guests to help themselves. You can get a license online if you wish to catch seafood. If you use kayaks, please have sandals with straps or marine shoes. The rocks on beach are rugged and sometimes slippery.
