The space The home has the BEST location to enjoy everything the town has to offer. In the winter, you are LITERALLY just a 5-MIN WALK to Canyon Lodge to enjoy the slopes (no need to hassle for parking). You will be the FIRST ones on the mountain to enjoy the fresh powder during or after a snow storm. In the spring & summer, explore the beautiful waterfalls, hiking trails and lakes, all within a short driving distance. The home also has a pool to enjoy and refresh after a long day. LIVING ROOM 75" SMART HDTV, with Amazon Fire Stick with all streaming apps, while you cozy up in front of the wood-burning fireplace (we do provide wood). If you would like to access additional streaming services, please remember your passwords. KITCHEN Well-equipped kitchen featuring cookware, utensils, and tableware, including pots, pans, knives, forks, spoons, and everything needed for cooking and dining. ------------------------------------------------------------ Below is a snapshot of the BEDROOMS & BED's 2 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms Living room — Sofa bed Bedroom 1 — 1 Queen bed. Bedroom 2 — 2 Full beds OUTDOOR SPACE Private patio. PRIVACY AND LOCATION Located in a complex, despite having neighbors on each side, the space feels very private. You have your own garage access, which is perfect for the winter months. Guest access GUEST ACCESS You will have access to the entire condo with a personal door code, a BBQ Grill (upon request), shared pool (CLOSED in Winter), shared hot tub & shared sauna (Open Year Around). LAUNDRY In-unit washer and dryer. Other things to note PARKING: The private garage has a 7ft clearance, fits one car. (NO long bed trucks). Street parking is available for 1 additional car, use parking pass located in Welcome Folder inside the condo. (Total of 2 parking spots) CAMERA(S): The property is monitored by a NEST camera located in the front entrance for security and safety purposes. The front entrance camera is for the safety of the guests and the property; if you prefer, we can turn them off upon request. CLEANING SERVICE Our cleaning service provides start-up supplies, including paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher soap, kitchen trash bag, toilet paper, hand soap, and bathroom trash bags. Depending on the length of your stay, you may need to purchase additional items when the initial supply runs out. ** DURING YOUR STAY** I will be accessible 24/7 for our guests via the Airbnb app, text, or call. If you have questions or concerns during your stay, please message me so that I can address your concerns in a timely manner. My priority is in creating a 5 Star Experience. CHECK OUT PROCEDURE: Review the check-out procedures located in our Welcome Folder found inside the condo. EARLY CHECK-IN & LATE CHECK-OUT Early check-in and late check-out are based on availability and require approval, and are subject to an additional fee. By booking this condo, guests agree to keep premises in good condition and are FINANCIALLY RESPONSIBLE for any items MISSING or BROKEN. HOUSE RULES ✔ We ask that you treat our condo with the same respect that you do in your own home. ✔ Please remove shoes before coming into the home. ✔ This is a NON-SMOKING and recreational drug-free space. DO NOT smoke cigarettes, vapes, or cigars while INSIDE condo. A fee of $100 will be charged if we identify that someone smoked in the residence. ✔ Please respect courtesy quiet hours from 10 pm - 8 am. ✔ Only guests who are on the original booking are allowed to stay overnight. ✔ Lock the door each time you leave the condo. ✔ If you use the washer/dryer during your stay, please clean out the lint tray. ✔ Parties and large gatherings are prohibited. ✔ Please load the dishwasher and press start before departure. You will find detergent under the sink. ✔ Please place all USED towels on the bathroom floor before departure for the cleaning crew ✔ Please throw away all perishable food or expired foods from the refrigerator and cabinets before check-out.
