Our place offers everything your family will need! We are located close to family-friendly activities, public transport, nightlife, the airport 405 freeway, the mall, matador bowl. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. 2 bedrooms with 4 queen size beds and 2 luxury bathrooms. The space Our home is very well situated in the heart of the San Fernando Valley. We are within a short driving distance of attractions and landmarks like: - CSUN (Cal State University Northridge) - Six Flags Magic Mountain - Universal Studios Hollywood - Hollywood/Hollywood Walk of Fame/ Chinese Grauman Theater - Santa Monica Beach/Venice Beach - UCLA - Beverly Hills/Rodeo Drive - Topanga Canyon State Park Amazing pool house with 2 spacious rooms, living room , dinning area , full kitchen with top appliances and 2 full luxury bathrooms. There are a couple adjacent separate units what one would call “in laws” unit or a “guest house” so there is a rare potential for noise around the kitchen. However, we strive to meet your needs and are very communicative with all our guests. It is rare but if there is ever noise we’re happy to assist in fixing the issue. The house and the front porch patio are completely yours! The backyard and pool might be shared with other guests renting the next door units. Guest access Digital door lock with code. Nice patio with living room set ,TV and ceiling fan .(pool view) Only thing we ask of our guests is for them to not smoke inside the house (we have plenty of open air seats in the backyard where you can do so if you please) and generally be respectful. If you are booking your move through instant reservation the same day of check in, we request a 2 hour preparation window. And if you are booking within the same day after 8 PM, there is a chance the space won't be available since our cleaners might not be available on such short notice. Please message us first. We ask our guests to be considerate of the neighbors by not being unreasonably loud at night.
