You will be at the center of many visits: Bassin d'Arcachon, Dune du Pyla, Bordeaux, the Pessac Léognan vineyards, Médoc, Saint Emilion, Sauternes... Haut Lévêque Hospital, Xavier Arnozan, the exhibition center Breakfast is delivered in the evening and you can enjoy it in peace, at your convenience in the morning. The space Once you enter the property, you have a parking space next to your accommodation in the garden; access to the guest room is independent of our accommodation, you have private access. Guest access The tram is a 5-minute drive away, as is Pessac Alouette station, the airport is 10 minutes away, and the ring road is 5 minutes away. Many companies are within a radius of 10 km.
